The Experience

What can I expect from the experience?

Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Salvador Dalí and immerse yourself in the artist’s masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

Where is the experience located?

The experience will take place at Lokomotivværkstedet, Kedelhallen, OBV 037, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 København, Denmark

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 90 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No strobe lights but the visit is not recommended for people with epilepsy.

Can I take photos?

Photography is allowed in the exhibition for personal and non-commercial use. Please make sure you don’t use the flash as it can disturb other visitors. It is forbidden to use tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks within the exhibition. Please feel free to post your photos and videos on social media using the hashtag #DaliCybernetics to share your experience with others.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes, there will be a shop at the end of the exhibition.

Tickets

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are only avalaible at tickets.dali-immersive.dk and at the door of the exhibition. It is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets online in advance to avoid disappointment and make sure tickets are available on your chosen day and time.

Who are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Dalí: The Immersive Experience in Copenhaguen can only be purchased on the official channels mentioned above. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform. If you purchase tickets through another sales channel, we are not responsible for their reliability.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person, family pass or groups.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your online tickets will be validated directly. You can show the ticket-confirmation on your phone.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups of 15 people or more, or for special requests, please contact us via the groups request form here. For school visits, please go to the schools contact form here. For groups under 15 people tickets can be bought separately through the normal ticket purchase service.

ACCESS

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the 30 min time slot stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

In case you arrive after your 30 min time slot your ticket will still be valid, but you may have to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol and anything which may disturb the other visitors.

Can I smoke or vape?

No, neither smoking or vaping are allowed in the exhibition venue.

Is alcohol permitted at the experience?

No, alcohol is not permitted.

Are there toilets available on site?

Yes

Accessibility

Do carers have to buy a ticket?

Bringing a companion to the exhibition is free of charge on presentation of a companion card from the Disability Organisations’ User Service. An additional ticket is not required.

Parking

At the exhibition there are two car parks with space for up to 400 cars (for a fee).

The exhibition

Both the entrance and exit and all exhibition rooms are accessible at ground level.

Guide dogs/assistance dogs

Official guide dogs and assistance dogs may join you in the exhibition.

Miscellaneous

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
